The ICB feels so very lucky to have been able to visit and dine at the beautiful Château Siaurac in Néac shortly before it closes to the public: appellations Pomerol, Saint Emilion and Lalande de Pomerol for the wine tour and an expertly guided visit through their chais ending with a tasting; the « Jardin Remarquable » surrounding the château with its centuries-old trees in their colorful autumn coats; an exceptional meal in the private dining room and the privilege of visiting the gorgeous guest rooms upstairs ! An altogether perfect day for all ages !
In the chai…it smelled sooooo good!
The wine-making will continue, but unfortunately not the chance to visit.
