The ICB wine-tasters and afficionados spent an entire day out of town with a morning visit to Château Doisy-Daene in Barsac for a fabulous tour of the vineyards and winery, followed by a generous tasting of Sauternes, Barsac and Bordeaux blanc wines. Next stop, the medieval village of Rions for a Michelin-rated lunch at the restaurant le Chaudron d’Anna, where simply everything was perfect! And to finish the day up, a walk through the village on a sunny afternoon made for yet another ICB outing enjoyed by all!
