An outstanding ICB “Plat du jour” lunch meeting!

The ICB meets for lunch once a month at our “Plat du jour” activity, where we try new Bordeaux restaurants and occasionally re-visit some of the very best places we’ve already been to. October’s restaurant was outstanding : Lauza, in the rue du Hâ near the Musée d’Aquitaine. We highly recommend this shining example of the new “bistonome”scene in Bordeaux and the Gault et Millau guide agreed with us since our visit by naming Lauza chef Romain Schlumberger one of only three “Young Talents” in the city! We’ll be back to this one for sure!
