The ICB meets for lunch once a month at our « Plat du jour » activity, where we try new Bordeaux restaurants and occasionally re-visit some of the very best places we’ve already been to. October’s restaurant was outstanding : Lauza, in the rue du Hâ near the Musée d’Aquitaine. We highly recommend this shining example of the new « bistonome »scene in Bordeaux and the Gault et Millau guide agreed with us since our visit by naming Lauza chef Romain Schlumberger one of only three « Young Talents » in the city! We’ll be back to this one for sure!
